Henkel Corporation Authorized Reseller Website Registration Form

If you wish to sell Henkel Products on your own proprietary website, you must register your website with Henkel, pursuant to the terms of the Henkel Corporation Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States.  Please note you are not authorized to sell the Products on or through your own proprietary website unless and until you have completed registration with Henkel.  

To complete registration, please ‏(1) review the Henkel Corporation Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States ‏(the “Authorized Reseller Policy”), including the attached Online Sales Guidelines, ‏(2) fill out the Authorized Reseller Website Registration Form ‏(“Form”) below, and ‏(3) click SUBMIT.

Please be advised that this Form is only used to register “Permissible Public Websites,” as defined in the Authorized Reseller Policy.  The Authorized Reseller Policy prohibits you from selling the Products on online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace), without the prior written consent of Henkel.  Consent to sell the Products on online marketplaces is not granted through this website registration process.

This website registration process and the Authorized Reseller Policy are applicable only in the United States of America.
