About this Position
Asegurar la calidad e inocuidad de los productos a lo largo del proceso productivo, mediante la ejecución de controles de calidad, análisis, seguimiento de no conformidades y cumplimiento de normativas aplicables. El Quality Analyst es un pilar clave para mantener los estándares de calidad establecidos por la compañía y por la regulación vigente.
What you´ll do
- Verificar que las materias primas, materiales de empaque, procesos de producción y producto terminado cumplan con especificaciones técnicas y normas de calidad.
- Realizar muestreos, pruebas físicas, químicas y/o microbiológicas conforme a los planes de control establecidos.
- Registrar y analizar resultados de calidad, generando reportes para toma de decisiones.
- Identificar desviaciones o no conformidades y colaborar en la investigación de causas raíz.
- Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPAs).
- Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, NOMs, etc.).
- Verificar el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) en planta.
- Capacitar y sensibilizar al personal operativo sobre temas de calidad, inocuidad y procedimientos.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, eficiencia y reducción de desperdicios.
- Asegurar el uso adecuado de equipos de medición y su calibración oportuna.
What makes you a good fit
- Licenciatura/Ingeniería en Alimentos, Química, Industrial, Bioquímica o carrera afín.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares dentro de la industria de productos de consumo (alimenticia, cosmética, farmacéutica o de limpieza).
- Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Normas de calidad e inocuidad (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, NOMs).
- Herramientas básicas de calidad (diagrama de Ishikawa, 5 porqués, hojas de inspección, etc.).
- Manejo de equipos de laboratorio y medición.
- Buen manejo de Excel y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
