What you´ll do

  • Spare Parts. SAP System. Safety & Housekeeping. Administrative Systems (coordinate daily / weekly crewing, overtime scheduling, vacation scheduling, etc.).
  • Check shipments against POs Distribute individual shipment items.
  • Update all inventory control systems, as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors, purchasing and individuals to resolve problems.
  • Prepare shipping paperwork and package items for returns to vendors.
  • Fill order requests from maintenance or others. Determine parts needed by careful interview and discussion.
  • Locate needed parts in timely fashion. Responsible for inventory control, including cycle counting parts, making inventory adjustments, monitoring parts manuals, drawings, and storeroom tools.
  • Organizes storeroom shelves and locations.

What makes you a good fit

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial-type electrical/mechanical maintenance work or equivalent schooling and experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Minimum 6 months forklift experience required
  • Able to bend and hang conduit / fit piping satisfactorily
  • Must achieve acceptable scores on Validated Henkel assessments
  • Must have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • SAP, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams required
  • Must pass a pulmonary function test and be clean shaven for secure fit of a respirator
  • Ability to work Mon - Fri, 7am - 3pm 

The salary for this role is $36.14. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
