About this position
What you´ll do
- Responsible for property testing of adhesive products:
- Technical expertise in adhesive testing and lab engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross SBUs for supporting testing needs from internal and external customers.
- Create new testing methods and capabilities based on project needs.
- Deliver high quality testing reports on time and demonstrate the productivity of assigned tasks.
- Maintain the ISO17025 quality system at high level.
- Ownership of the responsible equipment and conduct regular preventive maintenance. - Leader on automated testing:
- Program robots related to automated testing capabilities driving for innovation and solving customer problems.
- Design parts and workflows to improve automated equipment.
- Drive on digitalization especially the lab data connection with lab management system. - Support individual development for team members:
- Develop the expertise on testing area in particular automated testing.
- Provide trainings to internal and external colleagues. - SHE responsibilities:
- Contribute to the lab work safety and complete SHE targets in time.
- Maintain the responsible area in good manners and keep the high 5S level.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor or above in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-7ys working experience in material property testing, experience of automated testing is preferred.
- Programming skills, e.g. writing scripts for data manipulation like Python, equipment connection for data transfer is preferred.
- CAD experience, SolidWorks preferred.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Good in oral and written English.
