- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Sound decision making and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work well with people of all levels of the organization.
- Must have strong understanding of the manufacturing production and blending processes.
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to manage activities with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent written (grammatical) and oral communication skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects/assignments/tasks.
- Must demonstrate excellent planning and organization abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills on various types of software i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, , Power Point.
- Understanding of Lean principles.
The salary for this role is $26.19 - $36.38. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
