What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field from four-year college or university; and six to ten years related manufacturing experience.
- Minimum five years in a supervisory role.
- Prefer chemical batch processing experience.
- Prior experience leading in a 24/7 environment a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly engaged leader of people.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing to include 5S methods, Kaizens, and other continuous improvement programs.
- Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Visio, SAP are a plus. Ability to work with many different computer programs not listed throughout the production floor such as label making programs.
- Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards

The salary for this role is $98,800.00 - $144,500.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
