What you'll do
Market SC, Customer service & Demand planning management
- Drive S&OP process maturity in the country
- Plan and implement the overall SC strategy
- Represent SC in market/local meetings & prepares SC figures
- Meetings with customers, aligning and steering main KPI, developing delivery structure
- Ensures communication flow between international SC and COM/ KAM (especially for projects), strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- WH/Logistics suppliers steering tenders support, control of execution, KPIs
- Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency
- Manage, coach and develop the team
- Stock management: monitor and steer inventory levels, management of slow movers; scrap; donation; annual stock taking
- Monthly reporting
Market Logistics
- Costs and performance steering: WH, picking, co-packing, customer deliveries.
- Customs clearance
- Certification process
- L11 provision, evaluation, monitoring
Local R&D representatives
- Labells
- Registrations
- Tests
- Regulatory committees (EBA, American Chamber of Commerce)
Co-packing steering
- Co-packing planning considering capacity constraints at co-packer
- Availability check of original articles and Henkel provided packaging
- Scheduling & Procurement of local packaging material provided to the co-packer (where applicable)
- Communication with co-packer (forecast, order management, specification management etc.)
- Interface to COM and central planner for co-packs
- Co-packing Masterdata & planning parameters
- Involved in co-packing briefing / catalogue (where already existing)
- Support with co-packing negotiations, be interface to purchasing
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in a related field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience with key focus on integrated business planning (S&OP), inventory management, customer service and logistics
- Advanced English is a must
- Leadership skills, experience in people management
- Very strong knowledge of Excel is a must, experience in SAP and APO- an advantage
- Team player who can effectively collaborate within cross-functional and cross-regional teams
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details, ability to set right priorities, good time management
- Project Management, process re-engineering and change management
