What you'll do
- Lead Japan AE team to achieve business targets by closing key sales and innovation projects with clear identification & effective execution of top projects
- Lead Japan AE team to identify technical capability building up needs according to business targets, and take initiatives to achieve
- Implement SBU business strategy to ensure full strategic alignment and correct resource allocation; d) Build up strong talent pipeline within Japan AE team
