We have enhanced our Prism Program to the Henkel Rotational Program (HRP). HRP is a 24-month rotational program for Henkel Adhesives Technologies in the United States, designed to provide early-in-career employees the ability to explore different businesses and divisions. As an HRP associate you will be engaged in customized learning, collaborate with diverse teams, and receive support from a mentor while gaining experience and expanding your Henkel network to craft your career at Henkel.

You can craft your career: Choose your HRP Tracks

HRP associates will gain invaluable experience that will kick-start their career in one of the 5 tracks.

As an associate in the Application Engineering track, you will support the commercial and technical needs of our customers through lab-based and customer-facing projects and activities. You will work on various projects addressing customer needs and assisting in general marketing initiatives from performance validation and data generation for new product introductions to designing test methods for new applications.

You will gain experience in multiple business units and at least two different Henkel Adhesive Technology divisions as you rotate to different Henkel Corporate locations in the U.S. during the program.

As an associate in the Sales track, you will gain a deep understanding of our adhesive products through lab-based experience.  You'll work with sales teams to understand how we target and sell to our customers.  During the program you will be exposed to inside and outside sales, working with customers and distributors.

You will gain experience in multiple business units and at least two different Henkel Adhesive Technology divisions as you rotate to different Henkel Corporate locations in the U.S. during the program.

As an associate in the Marketing track, you will gain a deep understanding of our adhesive products, our customers and distributors.  Through your rotations you will be involved and focus on four key areas of marketing including Product Management, Pricing, Market and Customer Activation, and Market Strategy.

You will gain experience in multiple business units and at least two different Henkel Adhesive Technology divisions as you rotate to different Henkel Corporate locations in the U.S. during the program.

As a chemist in the Product Development track, you will support the adhesive and/or surface science chemistry needs of both internal and external customers through lab-based development projects and activities. You will develop a deep understanding of multiple adhesive chemistries, applications, and markets specific to your business unit as well as an overall knowledge of our product portfolios.

You will gain experience in multiple business units and at least two different Henkel Adhesive Technology divisions as you rotate to different Henkel Corporate locations in the U.S. during the program.

Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Material Science is required.

Join us as an HRP Associate in our Adhesive Operations and Supply Chain track. This track is also part of a cross-regional program known as the Global AO CHAiNGERs program, bringing together like-minded manufacturing trainees from across the globe. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience at one of our 20+ North America manufacturing sites, interacting and collaborating with the different on-site teams and functions that support our value chain

You'll tackle high-visibility projects that bring real value to our sites, complete Lean Six Sigma training to earn your Green Belt, and accelerate your individual development through additional trainings and experiences that are necessary to shape your own leadership brand. 

Through our NA CHAiNGERS program we aim to develop our talent pipeline for Henkel’s Adhesive Operations group.  At the end of the program, you will be positioned to shape your future in Operations

Depending on the track of interest, we are looking for

  • Recent college graduates available for employment July 2025. 
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or Chemistry, depending on track of interest.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking skills required.
  • Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred). 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred).

Below is an example of a potential rotation schedule. Your final position could be in any Henkel location in the US.
