There is $1,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The salary range for this role is $69,200 to $128,600. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Cell Reliability Manager sets strategy and leads a team of associates to ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of all production equipment in an assigned cell to prevent and/or correct mechanical & electrical breakdowns following safety & quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates cross functionally to implement identified improvements.
- Leads the safety, people development, reduction of cost, and improvement of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on the lines.
- Supports Henkel Production System (HPS) and drives continuous improvement mindset.
- Analyzes breakdowns to identify the root cause of machine failures and develops preventive actions to increase OEE.
- Analyzes business processes and performs line studies to identify opportunities and drive improvements increasing MTBF and reducing cost of goods sold.
- Support and drive training and development of all associates with the ability to perform technical and autonomous skills gap analysis is and determine plan to close gaps.
- Ensures compliance with Henkel standards for Human Resources Management, Safety and Loss Prevention, Cost Control, Waste Reduction, Quality, and On-time Delivery.
- Supports Henkel safety, environmental, health, and quality initiatives and leads cell commitment at all levels of direct and indirect personnel to follow the Safety, Environmental, Health, and Quality Management Systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required – preference in a Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Production. Engineering degree. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer product goods (CPG) or closely related industry.
- Must have the ability to lead, motivate, negotiate with, and persuade others, all while working collaboratively as a liaison with people at all levels.
- Must be highly skilled in diagnosis and problem-solving, leading a team and consulting with suppliers, with the capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards feedback.
- Must have a high-level of integrity and can demonstrate the professional maturity necessary to gain the confidence of senior level leaders, acting as a role model walking-the-talk.
- Must be capable of using and understanding computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Must have a highly developed understanding of total production maintenance (TPM) methodologies and implementation to drive continuous improvement.
- Must have experience with Maintenance programs, such as, TBM, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and the ability to determine strategy by analyzing data.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Certifications are preferred.
