YOUR ROLE 

• Drive packaging innovations, new packaging technologies and materials with sustainability at heart
• Coordinate and execute packaging related projects with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Design Agencies and other internal as well as external partners
• Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures
• Analyze new packaging technologies and materials for their packaging capabilities
• Define packaging specification and their maintenance in the documentation system and plan budgets to meet planned objectives
• Ensures that all new packages meet international recycling, health and safety requirements and other regulations
• Assures technology state of the art through patent protection of all new developments and technologies
• Connects with consumers and generates consumer insights through various platforms

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor degree in Packaging / Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge in packaging development, ISO product design, FMCG experience is of advantage
• Expertise in packaging technologies, management trend analysis as well as knowledge on sustainability aspects of packaging is required
• Self-motivated, creative and open-minded team-player
• Fluent in English language, German is of advantage
