YOUR ROLE

Within our Adhesive Technologies sub-BU dedicated to bringing adhesive, sealing and surface treatment solutions to the Medical Device, Data & Telecom as well as Power industries, you will be responsible for key accounts based in France. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following : 

  • Define and execute regional and local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
  • Drive Customer Centricity to penetrate deep and wide across the account to enable new business opportunities
  • Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap, building a product development pipeline
  • Drive execution of key priorities and sales opportunities into revenue generating projects.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy 
  • Ensure timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy (sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor in Engineering, Science or Business Administration
  • Five years or more experience in a specification role within manufacturing or engineering, as a consumable material supplier
  • Five years or more in technical service/technical sales and/or B2B value selling and business/sales management ideally within international markets/teams
  • Outstanding persuasion and objection handling skills
  • Systematic and conceptual thinking
  • Strong leadership and networking skill set
  • Experience in Marketing and Strategy is beneficial
  • Language: English, French, Spanish (beneficial)
