YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a driven and innovative Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Bratislava and play a key role in measuring sustainability in logistics and enhancing logistical efficiency. In this vital role, you will be working in close cooperation with Business Supply Chain globally, regional organizations, as well as external providers. If you are passionate about sustainability and want to contribute to greener, more efficient logistics solutions, this position might be perfect for you. Other than this, you will be responsible for:

• Identification, development and implementation of strategic initiatives for sustainability measurements
  
• Analyzes of logistical processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements
  
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement efficient logistical solutions in an international environment, both at the global and regional levels
  
• Regular monitoring on progress and outcomes in sustainability and efficiency areas
  
• Participate in workshops and seminars, sharing best practices and innovations in sustainable logistics
  
• Proactive support of various logistics projects for Henkel Adhesive Technologies (driving project milestones and deliverables)

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree with focus on Supply Chain/Logistics/Sustainability
• English on an active communication level
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in multinational environment
• Experience with digital solutions on the logistics SAP, TMS, WMS, PBI, Excel on advance level
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics, able to reconnect the facts and visualize solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Drive and motivation for learning new topics and taking responsibility
• Certain level of assertiveness and challenging mind
• Self-driven, proactive person with out-of-the-box thinking
