- Lead HCB GC logistic network design and deployment, with cross functional collaboration.
- Lead logistic integration in TDA period, work with PG to successfully transfer VS to Henkel network.
- Work with GC logistic operation team for implementation.
- Responsibilities
- Lead GC logistic network redesign, with understanding current situation and pain points, work with selected vendor for network study and implementation.
- Work with purchasing for vendor strategy and make sure tender go live as planned.
- Work with commercial team to understand business requirements and integrated into network study and design to fulfill business needs.
- Work with PG for transition management and integrated VS into future network.
- Implement network to enable Polaris growth.
